Infinite Light Yoga

Tony Riposo established Infinite Light Yoga (ILY) in 2009 after decades of practice and training with amazing teachers and long-time friends from the Kripalu Center in Lenox MA. Tony’s passion and dedication to yoga and his desire to share his personal experiences has led to the creation of the Infinite Light Yoga School in Syracuse New York. Graduates from the ILY School are invited to team up with Tony Riposo and together they form the Infinite Light Yoga Teachers Association. Infinite Light Yoga offers ongoing and series yoga classes appropriate for all levels of experience all over the CNY region. We are available for corporate classes, special events, retreats, workshops and children’s birthday or anytime parties. Additionally the ILY School offers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Infinite Light Yoga offers classes year round at multiple locations (Syracuse, Camillus, Liverpool, and Marcellus). We offer all level classes, "Gentle Yoga" and classes appropriate for expecting mothers; prenatal yoga. Our mission is to work together as a team and inspire yoga practices for those around us. Our specialty is leading experiential and educational multi-level classes. Each non-repetitive class includes classical Hatha Yoga Postures, Breathing, Meditation, and Relaxation techniques. Our classes are led in such a way that, regardless of age, ability or physical condition, all levels can practice together as a group. Our teachers use multi-level progressions throughout the class so each student remains comfortable, yet challenged, while exploring any limitations and the connection between their mind, body and spirit.
