We provide construction compliance and progress inspections for construction lenders mostly in the North Georgia area. Our primary mission is to provide consulting that protects commercial and residential lenders from construction-related risk. In addition, we provide property condition assessment reports, asset management services, and, when needed, expert witness services for REO-type properties for lending institutions. We also perform similar work for buyers and individual owners of commercial properties. Also, we have developed web-based inspection data management software solutions for lenders in the southeast and nationwide.
