A HUGE "thank you" goes to Kristin May for all of her graphic design efforts! The Indiana Arts Council has been a proud member of the Indiana, PA community for over 30 years. Currently rebuilding and expanding, the IAC is eager to bring the area new events and public programming that are based on the idea that art should be accessible to everyone! The INDIANA ARTS COUNCIL [IAC] of Pennsylvania, established in 1976, is a membership-based corporation which fosters the awareness, creation and appreciation of the arts within Indiana County through its sponsorship and promotion of arts programs and activities. The IAC functions as a support and liaison between local and university [IUP] arts groups and the community. In addition, IAC sponsors its own arts activities and programs of interest to adults, families and children. In collaboration with the residents of the community or Indiana County, IAC seeks to promote diversity and excellence in the arts and to provide opportunities for individuals of all ages and incomes to become enriched through their participation in and enjoyment of cultural activities.
