Indian Staffing Federation was set up to professionalize the Indian staffing landscape and take up issues that are critical to this industry and its stakeholders. ISF is the apex body representing the Staffing industry that discusses with government, corporates and other trade bodies on behalf of the staffing/manpower outsourcing industry issues of employment formalisation. Objectives of the federation: 1. Champion sustainable growth of the Staffing Industry/ Private Employment Services 2. Facilitate a suitable, legal and regulatory environment that is positive and supportive for the Staffing Industry/ Private Employment Services 3. Be the authoritative voice of the Staffing / Private Employment Services Industry 4. Establish quality standards for the Staffing Industry / Private Employment services at large & a code of conduct for ISF members 5. Increase visibility and enhance the image of the Staffing industry / Private Employment Services & strengthen its representation 6.
