In-depth was founded in 2010 to improve people focus for Business Leaders and HR Heads. We work on Leadership Development, People Strategy & Processes and Executive Search. Our services in these three segments focus on building clarity, capacity and commitment for organizational change. To ensure that we bring in practical insights and implementation focus to the work we do, all our engagements are led by professionals, who have previously been Business or HR leaders in the industry. Prior to setting up In-depth it’s CEO, Mr.Arvind Mishra head the Human Capital Consulting practice at Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young in India, Middle East and Africa for a decade. He also set up Human Capital Consulting Practices for Central and South Eastern Europe at EY. We focus on long term relationships with select clients as short term interactions may not be sustainable. Our average client satisfaction score is 8.43/10. Some of our main clients are Manipal Group, Embassy Group, IIM-B, Siemens, RSP, Bacardi, African Commodities, IMRB, Smartplay, World Bank, IBL, GML, PWC, Credai, Ministry of Finance, Indonesia. We focus on : Leadership Development (Assessment, Counseling, and Training); People Alignment (HR Processes, Communications, and Change Management) Executive Search (Country Business Heads and Functional Heads). Our associations have been either Business Heads or HR Heads in the industry. Our Director Ms.Harsha Singh was the HR Head for Right Management in India while our associate Ms.Neetasha Joshi was the Strategy and HR Head for Tata AIG in India.
