Incarnation Center is located about 2 hours from both Boston and NYC and about 10 minutes from CT's beautiful shoreline. Our 750+ acre property boasts miles of hiking trails, a mile-long private lake, a farm, a conference/ retreat center, America's oldest overnight summer camp (Incarnation Camp), two chapels, Bushy Hill Nature Center, a high and low ropes course, maple sugaring, Nature's Classroom and so much more. Incarnation Camp: The oldest coed summer camp in the US, Incarnation is home to over 750 campers each summer on our Pequot (boys aged 6-13), Sherwood (girls aged 6-13) and Pioneer Village (coed, 14-15) campuses. Our programs are designed to engage campers in nurturing their physical and emotional growth. Through recreation, sports, nature and arts programs we create an atmosphere where campers can explore their interests while building character and friendships. Bushy Hill Nature Center: Throughout the year, Bushy Hill works with children and adults through our school programs teaching primitive studies, maple sugaring, wetlands studies, home school science, and our after school mentoring program.
