Impact Performance & Fitness is a woman owned health, wellness and fitness facility based out of 525 Nolen Drive, Suite 100 Southlake, Texas, United States. We cater to all members whether you need help to get back into shape, want improve your level of fitness or take your fitness to the next level, we have a group of highly educated and experienced team of trainers that can help you with your goals. Whether you want to train on your own, with one of our team members or want a jumpstart program, we have someone here for you. Impact is a state of the art training facility with high end Freemotion Fitness equipment, a whole deck of cardio equipment, multiple sets of free weights, and a large turf area to work on your moves with multiple sleds if you want more of a challenge.
