Impact Partners equips and empowers female changemakers to maximize their impact and income. We guide nonprofits CEOs and Executive Directors through our Master Plan program to help them scale, diversify revenue streams, and become sustainable. The Impact Partners’ Master Plan Program is an intensive engagement that takes nonprofits through strategic planning, vision casting, and program (re)development with a goal of expanding impact and income. Our program takes organizations from relying primarily on fundraising dollars to sustain their mission and helps them move towards financial sustainability. Our process streamlines organizations and creates access to new, earned revenue streams that are intrinsic to their business model, predictable and in their control. We also ensure their programs and impact are designed for greatest systemic social change outcomes, holding ourselves to a high standard of excellence and innovation.
