Impact Capital Africa (ICA) was established to bridge the gap between local SMEs and investors across Africa with a focus on Impact Capital. ICA aims to break down the barriers currently faced by many SMEs in Africa to achieve scale and realise their impact in addressing regional development challenges.
ICA takes a new approach to connecting investors with entrepreneurs. Using our Impact Starter platform, local entrepreneurs have the opportunity to access business support and document preparation to become investment ready.
ICA delegates will have the opportunity to access a pipeline of pre-screened SMEs through Impact Starter ahead of the conference. Pre-conference due diligence and site visits will pave the way for deals to be closed during the event.
ICA's first event will take place at the Radisson Blu in Lusaka on the 2-3rd October 2018. Impact Capital Africa and the Zambian Development Agency have collaborated to create a new Zambian International Investment Forum (ZIIF) to focus on impact capital investment opportunities in Zambia.
