Illuminarc uses an applied anthropology approach to social impact, diving deep into how projects impact communities while keeping human experiences at the forefront. We ask crucial questions about access to resources and the constraints individuals face, ensuring that through Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and Social Impact Measurement (SIM), those most affected have a voice in shaping the decisions that impact their lives. Our social impact studies are designed to uncover intended and unintended effects of planned projects, maximising social value while minimising negative impacts. By measuring qualitative outcomes, we help organisations understand the real-world impacts of their initiatives. By actively involving beneficiaries, they are invited to share their experiences to drive meaningful evaluation. We bridge the gap between data and social context using tools like Theory of Change and participatory action research. As social impact consultants, we work with purpose-driven organisations to enhance outcomes for customers and employees while building community connections.
