650 million students in Sub-Saharan Africa currently stand at risk of failing their matriculation examination and being shut off from accessing tertiary education. In Nigeria, over 1 million students fail at least one of the matriculation examinations needed for admission into tertiary institutions every year. This is largely due to the unavailability of quality educational content in the area of test preparation. Ileemore Technologies Limited is an EdTech startup with a proprietary e-learning platform that assesses West African students ahead of examinations, providing each student with a personalized learning path, including learning tips and analytics. With our solution, students are being assessed as they learn and given the help they need before taking an examination. In 2020, we were recognized by the African Union as one of the top 50 education innovations in Africa. To date, we have reached 7,500 users and amassed a network of 49,200 students across 5 countries.
