Il Fiorello Olive Oil is a family-owned, artisan olive oil company. Ann and Mark Sievers opened Il Fiorello in 2009 to represent their love and respect for high quality olive oil.
At Il Fiorello we believe in local, well-made products, and support our surrounding community of winemakers and produce stands. We make our olive oil from groves on two different local properties. We also mill olives for clients with our commercial grade olive mill and offer opportunities for individuals with small amounts of olives to mill with us on Community Milling Day in late November or early December.
Il Fiorello's tasting room is open 1-5 every day. Tastings are $5 a person. Tours are $15, by appointment only.
