Idiom is a design firm with varied design skills under one roof. At Idiom we incubate business ideas, ideas for societal transformation and ideas on life and living. Delivered, as strategy, as design output, as transformational tools and processes and as robust, ready-to-run businesses. A team of interdisciplinary professionals, core team of 12 people: Strategists, Graphic, Space, Product designers, and Visualizers who believes and practices design thinking in their day-to-day activities. We are a lean team, our small size enables us to be agile, pay great attention to detail, work in a harmonized fashion, build consensus quickly. We access 30+ years of residual knowledge through our mentors – founders of the company, industry veterans. Our mentors bring the experience; we bring the energy. We disrupt, we co-create, we believe in design that makes business sense. We can think at scale, we frequently shift our lens from macro to micro, and we love to focus on the impact.
