Founded in 1999 as an Internet Incubator, Ideiasnet was listed on the BM&FBovespa in 2000. In 2004 it acquired the Pactual Internet fund, which included several of the current portfolio companies. In 2009 Ideiasnet began a new dynamic investment cycle with the hiring of a professional management team, an R$ 100M capital injection, its first divestment with the sale of Braspag, and a new fund structure. In 2013, Ideiasnet became an accredited Fund Manager and sold 18,24% of Fund I to Paul Capital at a NAV of R$ 435M in a secondary sale. Ideiasnet currently manages two funds and has R$ 625 million in Assets Under Management.
