Idaho Trial Lawyers Association

The Idaho Trial Lawyers Association is a local, non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of justice for all citizens. The ITLA began in 1967 and has over 400 members including attorneys, legal staff and law students. ITLA provides quality continuing legal education as well as networking and support for trial lawyers. Our members utilize an interactive list serve to better serve their clients. Part of our mission is our dedication to preserving and making good law which serves the people of Idaho. ITLA members are very active in the legislative process by offering expertise on the practice of law to Idaho's Legislators. Upholding the US Constitution as well as the Idaho Constitution is paramount. The Right to Trial by Jury and access to the courts for all citizens is our political goal.
