Icogenex Bioincubator rents lab bench and office space to biotech startups and small companies with a focus on molecular and cellular biology and chemistry activities. We provide: access to specialized equipment; amenities and services; flexible lease terms; and the ability to grow or contract as needed. Our fully managed facility allows you to focus on your business without unexpected hassles or expense. Since 2002 the Icogenex Bioincubator subleased to over 40 companies. To accommodate a growing need for plug-and-play lab space and to allow companies access to affordable lab space, Icogenex Bioincubator expanded its footprint in the facility in 2003 and again in 2005. The facility now has a total of 13,400 square feet of office and wet lab space.
