At Ianthe House, we believe recovery is about more than treatment—it’s about connection, belonging, and finding the courage to prioritise your health. Our mission is to provide adult women with the support and community they need to reclaim their lives from eating disorders.
Eating disorders can quietly shape how we see ourselves for years, even as we manage careers, relationships, and responsibilities. Often hidden and burdened by shame, these struggles leave many women feeling isolated. Ianthe House fosters a compassionate, supportive environment where women connect with others who truly understand their experience.
Our Recovery Circles are designed for adult women seeking a peer-supported recovery experience with lived-experience therapists. These small groups provide a safe space to share, receive support, and build the self-worth needed to prioritise recovery. Available remotely or in person, our Recovery Circles offer flexibility and connection wherever you are.
For those looking for a more immersive experience, our discrete, inspiring co-living houses offer a unique opportunity to live in a supportive community while continuing to work and manage daily responsibilities. Located within easy commutes and offering work-from-home options, Ianthe Houses provide the structure and support necessary to embed long-term recovery at home.
We understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery. That’s why we co-create a bespoke recovery plan with each woman, evolving with her needs. Our team of lived-experience practitioners offers personalised guidance, therapy, and support, ensuring that your recovery journey is as unique as you are.
By fostering a community of belonging, we help women move beyond isolation and self-doubt, enabling them to prioritise their health and fully engage in recovery. At Ianthe House, recovery is about more than just overcoming an eating disorder—it’s about rediscovering your authentic self, purpose, and wellbeing.
