Italprod

Italprod este o societate romaneasca cu capital Italian fondata in 2001, pe baza experientei si traditiei de familie (deja la a 3 a generatie) a fondatorului. Italprod produce cirese confiate , cu sau fara sirop, in varietatile amarena sau maraschino, cirese pentru cocktail, capsune confiate, pornind de la materia prima atent selectionata si monitorizata inca de la stadiul de floare, materie prima ce provine in majoritate din livezile din Romania. De asemenea, Italprod comercializeaza fructe confiate intregi sau sub forma de felii, cuburi, coaja, fructe nucifere (nuci, alune de padure, migdale, fistic) ca atare sau sub forma de pasta, granulate, caramelizate sau fainuri, toppinguri pentru inghetata, variegato diferite gusturi, etc. Produsele se adreseaza sectorului de cofetarie-patiserie, producatorilor de inghetata, barurilor, HoReCa, distribuitorilor en-gros si retelelor de retail. Italprod is a Romanian company with Italian capital, founded in 2001 on the basis of family experience and tradition of the owner (already at the 3rd generation). Italprod produces candied cherries, with or without syrup, in the variety amarena or maraschino, cocktail cherries, candied strawberries, starting from the carefully selected raw materials, monitored and checked from blossom to harvest, raw materials coming mostly from the Romanian orchards. Italprod also trades candied fruits, wholes or slices, dices, peel; nuts (nuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachio) as such or as paste, granulates, caramelized or flour; ice cream toppings; variegato, etc. The products are intended for the confectionery and pastry, ice cream manufacturers, bar, HoReCa, wholesalers or retail networks.
