Specialized in the organization and strategic analysis of healthcare systems at hospital and regional levels, in the context of new institutional requirements, IRIS Conseil Santé has become famous around 2 areas of expertise:
1 - Strategic studies of positioning and development for healthcare facilities
IRIS has also developped the expertise in supporting global strategy of healthcare facilities. IRIS has created IT tools dedicated to run analysis of HC facilities medical information, and thus provide info about the strategic positionning of each of the activities ran in the facilities (Market-share, Mean length of stay, DRG group mean takings...). Based on these elements, IRIS consultants are able to draw strategic plans, activity by activity, and help the management in targetting the right evolution of its hospital/clinic, guiding them to the best decisions for future running of their hospital.

2 - Organization and management of operating rooms
Created by Dr Gerard ADDA general surgen, 26 years ago, IRIS Conseil Santé has developped a high level expertise in the organization and human management of operating rooms. In this purpose, IRIS created indicators dedicated to objectivize and facilitate the running of operating room by its managers (ex; Opreating rooms real occupation rate, In room real team presence rate). These indicators are used by all operating facilities in France today.
