IPA was established in Melbourne as Independent Personnel Associates in 1984. Since then we've grown to 100+ employees across 10 locations around Australia. Our head office is in Melbourne, Victoria. IPA are Australia’s only national recruitment agency and certified social enterprise committing 100% of profits towards services that support people with disability and promote community inclusion.
