Presently working with INOX Air Products, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan as Unit Head .Recently completed a brown field expansion project as a Project Manager at Bhiwadi unit . I have total 20+ years of proven expertise in chemical process industry in manufacturing and distribution of Industrial Gases with multinational organizations. Extensive experience in Operations, Commissioning, Safety, of Industrial gases continuous process Air Separation plants and Hydrogen plants (SMR). Managing the pipeline network of gases to supply customers over the fence. Experienced in Logistics and maintaining tanker fleet. Skilled in Team Building, preparing budget, capital expenditures, leading Management of Change ,Negotiation and Conflict Management and Employee development.
