We do it all - from handrails to full and complete conveying systems, including custom builds and problem solving for chute challenges, jams and chute lining. UL 508 A CERTIFIED PANEL SHOP - We provide control panel design, including AutoCAD based wiring diagrams and layout drawings. We offer design-build services. All panels are rigorously tested and labeled prior to their safe install. POWDER COATING - Our service will improve vertical manufacturing as we are able to provide metal cutting, welding and fabrication services in addition to the powder coating service. By utilizing one supplier you can prevent having to send materials to multiple suppliers and it can be kept all under one roof this will result in a reduction of lead times and prices and increasing quality control. FIELD SERVICE AND INSTALLATION - Our field services group consists of skilled tradesmen and project managers who lead from beginning to end. Our teams include precision millwrights, welders certified to AWS standards including D1.1 6G, NCCO certified crane operators, pipe welders/fitters, riggers and field engineers. They are fully equipped to mobilize throughout the US. We excel in new conveyor system installation, system modification, plant and mill installation as well as structural steel assembly.
