We advise businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa on significant capital raising through IPOs, private equity, debt and M&A transactions, with a focus on transactions with a value of USD 5 million - USD 250 million. We serve the region from our Head Office in Nairobi and a regional office in Kampala and leverage our affiliations across Sub-Saharan Africa and the globe to deliver value for our clients.
