The Institute for Innovation in Large Organizations (ILO) is a membership organization for large companies, government agencies, and not-for-profits, bringing together senior executives leading innovation for knowledge sharing and community building.
We host about 40 invitation-only events each year in North America, Europe and Asia, all limited to 20 participants in a non-commercial environment that encourages candid conversation and sharing of emerging challenges and opportunities. We also conduct best-practices research for our members, and have about 300 completed reports in our research library that circulate among our members.
Launched in 2005, we are proud of the many organizations from the Global 2000 who have participated as members in our institute, ranging from Alcatel-Lucent to Zoetis. Current membership is capped at 50 organizations and includes AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, NASA, Pfizer, and the University of Alabama, among many others.
