In 1993 Tom Abele founded in Germany a small market research company. When he realizes the huge and growing demand for telephone surveys, he decides to verticalize business and transform the agency into a fieldwork agency for CATI surveys. He starts to develop the company with the goal – to date more than achieved and constantly growing – to operate on an international scale. IFF International was officially born in 2009 in Germany, Ulm, and expands rapidly in Europe by opening locations in Palermo (Italy) and London (UK).
