The company has got a vast experience in the fields of Distribution, Direct Marketing (Government, Public Sector, SOHO & Corporate) and after Sales Support & Servicing. The varied product line of the company includes PCs, Peripherals, Power conditioning equipments, Internet Access, Broadband connectivity solutions, Networking & allied products in IT Division; and Distribution & Direct marketing of RO based water purifiers and Ozone based Air Purification products in Health Care Products Division. Also we are Authorised Service Providers for different IT companies like IBM, WeP, VXL, DLink etc. We are LSA (Local Service Associate) for CONNECT as far as installation and maintenance of Wireline, Wireless and Cordect connections are concerned and are maintaining their biggest installation base at Ludhiana. Most of the corporates in Punjab are being furnished as well as are being maintained by us so far as their IT requirements are concerned. Today we have been able to carve out a niche in the market for ourselves; mainly owing to our focus on the post sales services and ethical business practices. Adding to our credibility are, the awards given to us as by various multinationals for our achievements in rendering genuine products and highly efficient services. Our efforts have been recognized by IBM as their best SERVER partner, by WIPRO as their best PERIPHERALS partner, by CONNECT as their best LSA & by DQWEEK as best RESELLER in Ludhiana region. To briefly introduce us, IDM Solutions (P) Ltd. was incorporated on 1st July 1994 as a public limited company under the name and style of INFOTECH DATA MANAGEMENT LIMITED. The name of the company was subsequently changed to IDM Solutions (P) Ltd. in May 2004. It is managed by a group of professionals (Chartered Accountants & Electronic Engineers). Our vision is to provide world-class products & services to our customers. The company is having 4 directors , each of them being incharge for a different vertical. The company is financially very sound and has a turnover of around 150 million apart from service revenues to the tune of five to six millions . We have issued and paid up share capital of 2.97 million. Reserve and surplus is of 5.6 million. Our sale and service revenue is growing @ 30% every year and we look for even better figures in the coming years.
