From the samll record store around the corner to big international entertainment retail chains, or from the small punk-rock mail-order vendor to the world's major online platforms, we deliver to all of them. Our competitive advantage is our strength in eastern European countries, the Balkans, the former CIS countries (especially in Russia and Ukraine) and other regions such as the Middle- & Far-East. In our staff we have native key account managers, that ensure a smooth handling of the entire distribution process. Our 2.500 m² logistics center is located nearby the airport of Graz/Austria to ensure the best delivery times and prices for our customers. The success of I-DI is based on 25 years of trustworthiness, handshake quality and reliability. We are convinced, that these are the key elements for success in the international music business. Having started with a small record store over 25 years ago, we developed into a globally acting professional partner in the music business. We cover key activities like music production, warehousing, distribution, logistics and more. Within the same holding structure there are also three sister companies such as the Vinyl pressing plant Takt Direct, the Vinyl accessories brand Audio Anatomy and the label Second Records. With our strong distribution background, we successfully leveraged our know-how to a greater scale, extending our portfolio by further products such as movies, audio-, video- and gaming-accessories, toys and consumer electronics.
