ICS has been in business for over 39 years working primarily in the Saint Louis metropolitan area acting as a general contractor for interior build-out and ground up construction for retail, healthcare, education and light industrial commercial projects. ICS is a unique contractor in that we self-perform rough/finish carpentry, drywall, metal studs, millwork, flooring, and ceramic tile while acting as a general contractor. By self-performing these categories of work, we are better able to control three vital aspects of a successful project: cost, scheduling, and quality of workmanship.
