ICER Real Estate Services is a multi-faceted investment and property management company located in New York City, New York. Our main goal is to provide quality real estate services to our tenants and our investors. Our tenants; to ensure they feel at home in their luxury apartments and our investors to ensure they take pride in their investment. Throughout all our experiences we’ve learned a huge amount about what it takes to run an ideal property and secure the highest possible return on investment. At ICER Real Estate we’re investors in the New York City area (with our main service areas being Brooklyn and Manhattan) and take complete control over all of our own properties.
