IBSTAC (IB) was formerly the Architecture Department under the Institute for Building Science and Technology - Ministry of Construction (IBST). From 2007 to 2012 with the desire and enthuse to create the special architectural works that meet the stringent requirements of European and American standards, in first five years, determined and patiently we step by step to inherit, accumulate and develop of knowledge and skills in designing field through: Compiling the National Code and Standards; Participating in the role of expert consultants for National key projects such as the National Convention Center, the New National Assembly House, etc .; and cooperate with leading foreign consulting firms to carry out the design projects. From 2012 up to now IB has been established and step by step on the way to create the dream architectural.
