About
I Love Real Estate School specializes in helping Students get their Illinois Real Estate Broker's license.
We started I Love Real Estate School with one goal in mind. To help our Students pass the State Exam. That’s it. When you take one of our Broker Pre-License courses we focus on doing whatever it takes for you to pass the State Exam.
Our Instructors use stories when teaching to make the material memorable for you. We focus on the material that the State actually tests you on and not a lot of the fluff. The State wants to know that you understand the concepts and can apply them appropriately in given situations.
At I Love Real Estate School, once you have registered for a Pre-license course you can come to as many classes as it takes for you to feel comfortable and pass the State Exam. We won’t charge you again because we believe that it’s our job to get you to pass!
Another reason we’re different is that we don’t believe in large classes. We have found that students learn more effectively in small groups. So we limit our class sizes to give us the ability to give each Student the attention that you need to succeed.
We use the textbook as a guide for the discussion and make sure to pick out the key points that you will absolutely need to know to pass the Exam. We focus on you understanding the concepts and how to apply them.
Many Students have Math anxiety. They are freaked out about having to do math as part of the Exam. We make the math as simple and easy to learn as possible. We give you tools to be able to do the math on the test and always get the correct answer. I won’t let the math stop you!
Some Students are worried about taking Real Estate classes because either they haven’t been to school in a long time or English is their second language. We have found that most of these Students not only enjoyed the class but understood it to a level where they were able to pass the State Exam.
