I V C invests in & co-invests with regional VC funds. ADVISORY SERVICES: We support the entry into Romania of multinational companies or private-equity funds looking for local partners or investment opportunities. I G C advises domestic entrepreneurs on corporate finance matters, private debt and private equity fundraising, M&A and liability management. BOARD & MANAGEMENT SERVICES: We are appointed by domestic and foreign institutional investors to serve in non-executive Board positions for portfolio companies, to enforce steering and corporate governance. I G C also provides professional management services to entrepreneurs willing to scale their business in order to perform in the increasingly volatile and complex business environment. INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION: We assist domestic companies to expand internationally, providing access to business partners, clients and suppliers, introducing them to our network of professional contacts.
