Hyperformance Athletics began in 2008 as a place for fitness enthusiasts to workout together. In the last 11 years we've learned a thing or two about fitness and exercise:
* Most adults have significant movement-related flaws that reduce the effectiveness of their workout.
* Addressing weak areas as well as strengths allows for the most overall growth and best results.
* Both the volume (amount of work done) and intensity (how quickly it is done) are important and should be carefully progressed.
* A 10-20 minute workout done right is just as potent as a 60 minute workout.
* There is never a ceiling to what you can accomplish, but you may not be able to do it all at once.
* A positive coaching environment makes all the difference.
Hyperformance Athletics is raising the standard of what a gym experience should feel like. We teach our students to master natural human movements in a way that is measurable. Our coaches are not just certified, but are experienced, apprenticed, and passionate about raising the bar for your life. Coaching takes place both privately for maximum accountability and in positive, high energy groups of like-minded athletes so that improvement happens naturally. Our students learn how to eat, recover, and train like an athlete for the sport of life. Anyone of any age and any athletic ability is welcome into the Hyperformance Athletics community.
