Hunters Capital is a boutique real estate company committed to historical preservation and community resilience in Seattle. Founded in 2001 by Michael Malone, Hunters Capital merges a curated portfolio of historic real estate, redeveloped mixed-use apartments, and a property management division. Our goal is not only the preservation and rejuvenation of historic properties, but the development and diversification of Seattle's Pike/Pine neighborhood and business district through growth in quality housing, unique commercial and retail spaces, and hospitality properties.
