The Building Consultancy teams energy ensures our clients get first class service and support in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, EA and many other services. CDM Adviser / Principal Designer / Building Safety Act We were early adopters of the CDM / PD role and have been providing advisory services since. More recently our Building Safety Act team was formed in response to the changes and we were one of the first in the industry to achieve Gateway 2.
