Hunan Shuangma Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in early 1980s, specialized in manufacturing mining explosion-poof battery locomotive, trolley locomotive, DC motors for electric locomotive; IGBT chopper speed regulation/variable frequency speed regulation controller; explosion-proof charger and its accessory parts and components. The company covers and area of 106,667 square meter with factory floors up to 30, 000 square meters, which includes workshops, two tes centers and one testing field. It boasts very favorable production conditions. Up to 95% of the components for the locomotives is self-produced. It was ISO9000:2000 Quality Management System certified in 2002 and is a designated enterprise approved by China Coal Products Group for producing mining mechanical and electrical products. It has obtained Safety Certificate of Approval for Mining products, Explosion-proof Certificate.
