Olivier van Hellenberg Hubar (LLM) is an attorney. He grew up on 4 continents, and following his law degree worked in various management roles within the Air France-KLM Group, responsible for executing change. His first roles concerned employee reorganizations from 14 up to 450 headcount. His interest for organisational change broadened from execution to include all legal aspects. Subsequently, he was admitted to the Dutch bar as an employment law attorney in 2011. Since then, he advised large corporations (IKEA Group, BAM Group, Booking.com) and entrepreneurs with medium and small sized businesses on their employment (law) matters. Frequently assisting private individuals (employees and directors) ensures that Olivier maintains dual a perspective in employment law matters.
