His first roles concerned employee reorganizations from 14 up to 450 headcount. His interest for organisational change broadened from execution to include all legal aspects. Subsequently, he was admitted to the Dutch bar as an employment law attorney in 2011. Since then, he advised large corporations (IKEA Group, BAM Group, Booking.com) and entrepreneurs with medium and small sized businesses on their employment (law) matters.
