TAMPA -- Skanska USA Building Inc. is taking a local minority contractor under its sizeable wing in pursuing the City of Tampa's latest attempt to design and building a replacement art museum.
Horus Construction Services Inc., based in St. Petersburg, will serve as a 30 percent partner with Skanska in what is being termed as a construction management association on its proposal to build the Tampa Museum of Art.
