The Hope Circuits Institute provides universities and diverse organizations with the resources and support necessary to re-wire their systems with a focus on human and ecological flourishing.
Hope Circuits Institute offers a wide range of programming, from university-wide talks to strategic visioning with boards and senates, hope summits with diverse thought partners from across campus and the sector, book clubs, workshops with faculty, co-creative focussed on student engagement, and systems change management.
The project is animated by a series of books and workbooks; the first in this series is Hope Circuits: Rewiring Universities and other Systems for Human Flourishing (McGill-Queen’s University Press, 2024).
Through the Hope Circuits Institute, Dr. Jessica Riddell convenes gatherings - on campuses, through associations, and across the PSE sector - to build the mindsets necessary to adapt and lead at a time of paradigmatic shifts in higher education and in society more broadly.
