HomeBuyers Reports Limited delivers Pre-purchase, Pre-sale, re-finance and new building monitoring for residential owners. Our reports are aligned with NZ4306 (NZ standard for Residential Property Inspections) and the international RICS (http://www.rics.org/nz) Residential Inspections Professional Codes of Conduct. We identify actual and potential areas of concern and risk to enable well informed decisions around the purchase or sale process. We inspect all external components including elevations, cladding, joinery, roofs and boundaries, and all internal areas of a property and fixtures to ascertain the extent of any design and / or construction defects and shortcomings. We inspect all hydraulic, mechanical and electrical services and provide comment on their condition, compliance and the need for any specialist testing. We use technology and non-intrusive survey tools to support our professional inspection.
