With a strong focus on teamwork, speed, skill and strength, hockey has been thrilling Olympic audiences since 1908.
Hockey WA provides an annual program of events, competitions and development activities for players of all ages in the metropolitan area as well as regional, remote and rural areas.
As the governing body for hockey in the State, the organisation is in a very unique position as it is home to some of the best facilities in the country and indeed the world. Furthermore, both Australian national teams - the Kookaburras and Hockeyroos - are based in Perth and are integrated into the State’s local competition.
Hockey WA connects people by developing and delivering programs and competitions that drive participation, inclusion and lasting involvement in the sport.
