Hammer mills rapidly pulverize a wide range of materials including industrial hemp, cannabis, wheat, corn, minerals, medical marijuana, shells, plastics, glass, bone, biomass, fibrous roots, and many others. Materials enter the milling chamber and are impacted by hammers rotating at high speed. Particle size reduction occurs until material can exit through the holes of a perforated screen that covers the discharge. Interchangeable screens offer hole sizes ranging from micron-scale to 25mm. Models are offered from 5-100 HP, with most including a pneumatic conveyor and dust filtration. Hippo's design and manufacturing emphasis is on performance, durability and affordability.
