Whatever it is that brought you to this website, we want you to know how glad we are that you are here. At Hilliard UMC, we are working together to try and understand this God whose life in Jesus Christ reveals a love that is so expansive and inclusive, a mercy so wide, a grace that keeps breaking through right in the midst of our ordinary lives, often before we are fully aware of it. On our journey, we’ve become convinced that at the heart of the Christian faith is the simple but difficult acceptance that God loves you… no matter what! There is nothing we need to prove. Nothing we need to do. Nothing we need to earn. Our task is simply to receive this beautiful and gracious gift. For when we can truly receive the gift, incredible transformation begins to happen in our hearts and lives. Hilliard Pride God loves you no matter what Our booth at Hilliard PRIDE 2021 God loves you no matter what has become a heartbeat phrase here at Hilliard UMC. We remind each other of its truth each time we gather, and we work together to become more open to receiving that love and sharing it with each other and with our community. That love is yours as well. Wherever you find yourself on the journey, we hope you’ll consider joining us, learning with us, and sharing your own life and learnings with our community, so that we might continue learning and growing together.
