And not surprisingly, savvy consumers were calling it out.
It was time for a reset.
So, we changed the way we work.
We now happily exist behind the scenes, accepting and reacting to our clients’ business problems, while making sure their audience is at the heart of everything we do.
It’s about understanding how real people live and at what point in their day we influence them, with tightly targeted messages, which will definitely create an impact.
This change of philosophy led to our change of name, to Hidden Characters. With it comes an assurance that the spotlight will always be on your brand, not ours.
