Hersonissos Hotels Group is a corporation owned and managed by the Kaloutsakis family. The group owns and operates five eight in the area of Hersonissos, Crete. Other than these we operate seven additional companies with established activities in Engineering, Construction, Energy, High Technology services, Financial Consulting and Maritime services. The up to now activity in local tourism industry, gives to our future projects a momentum for well performances, both in quality and financial aspects. We have acquired experience related with all the technical and legal details of operating a hotel in Greece. Our history/development plan has the following key events: 1980, Heronissos Hotel 1984, Hersonissos Maris Hotel 1989, expansion of Hersonissos Maris Hotel 1991, Hersonissos Palace Hotel 1997, expansion of Hersonissos Maris Hotel 1998, Heronissos Park Hotel 2000, purchased the 20.000 m2 of land for the development of a 5* apartment Hotel 2003, purchased the 40.000 m2 of waterfront land for the development of a 5+* Hotel 2007, purchased Pefana Village Hotel and operate it with the new name Hersonissos Village Hotel 2008, fully renovate Hersonissos Palace Hotel 2008, renovate public areas of Hersonissos Village Hotel 2009, fully renovate Hersonissos Maris Hotel 2010, renovate public spaces of Heronissos Hotel 2010, build and operate Know Bar 2011, renovate Hersonissos 98 Village Bungalows Rooms 2014, acquisition of Silva Beach Hotel 2014, acquisition of Bella Beach Hotel 2017, development and operation of Abaton Island Resort & Spa
