Greg Herring founded Herring Law Group to better focus his practice and serve his clients. We handle complex family law cases and other civil litigation in Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Los Angeles Counties, and beyond. Greg has handled matters in state and federal courts throughout California, and in other states. Ruston Imming brings nearly ten years of Santa Barbara courtroom experience and presence. We routinely guide complex business, property and income issues in the family law environment. Cases involve business interests, entertainment/intellectual property rights, professional goodwill, celebrity/athlete multi-branding, “extraordinary high earner” child support, “marital standard of living” spousal support, separate property tracings and community property characterization and valuation. Complications in those matters often involve mental health issues, personality disorders and substance abuse, so we remain updated on the latest thinking and approaches.
