Hermans & Roman Property Solutions are the first wholly black-owned property solutions company in South Africa operating on a national basis. We manage a significant portfolio of Retail, Commercial and Industrial properties for Public, Private and Listed Sector clients. Our company was established in 2002 and in a short time has become a national force managing private sector assets worth R7.4 billion and public sector assets worth R7 billion. Our staff of 194 manages properties owned by 24 clients which include blue-chip companies and we have a division structured to meet the needs of the public sector.
