Heritage Homes, Inc. is a non-profit agency incorporated in 1971 by parents, advocates and clergy to serve the housing needs of adults with developmental disabilities. The organization, which began with one adult foster care (AFC) home, has grown to regularly serve individuals residing in Allegan, Kent, Muskegon, and Ottawa Counties.
For the past 40 years, the organization has expanded its mission and services to include families affected by domestic violence, substance abuse, chronic illness, low-income, and homelessness. Now, Heritage Homes serves families and individuals through developing and managing supportive housing apartment units, as well as providing specialized supportive services in four areas: community living supports, residential care, and daytime enrichment and social recreation programs.
Heritage Homes, Inc. is dedicated to the care, education and guidance for people who are challenged with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our support for the community is dependent on the compassion of our direct support team. We offer paid training and opportunities for professional growth. At Heritage Homes you are able to make a difference in the clients' lives every day! Find out about our current job openings by visiting www.heritagehomesinc.org.
