Participation in our programmes and non-executive search database is by invitation only. This approach enables us to maintain the high level we strive for which has resulted in a one of the most prestigious non-executive database within The Netherlands. Also, Hemingway Professional Governance has initiated the Forum Series Governance of Innovation with the central theme: ‘the role of the non-executive with respect to the innovativeness of the organisation'. The Forum Series are part of the overall supervisory curriculum of Hemingway Professional Governance, which aims to enhance the development of vision and knowledge with respect to the governance of innovation
Hemingway focuses on (up-coming and seasoned) open minded non-executives who are willing to step out of their comfort zone, where they gain new insights and convey these to others. We solely target the non-executive domain in order to prevent any conflicts between executive and non-executive interests: an unambiguous approach from a governance point of view.
