Heiser Coaching

I understand the unique pressures ministry leaders feel.  Hi, I’m Phil Heiser, and I help people live, serve and work better.  I’m a 2006 graduate of Lutheran Brethren Seminary in Fergus Falls, Minnesota with a Master of Divinity degree and a undergraduate degree from Washington State University in Business Administration. My career has spanned many roles from pastor to marriage counselor, financial coach, business manager and owner.   For the past 19 years, I served as a local pastor and then as a regional pastor, coaching and supporting a network of pastors.  The common thread throughout my life and career has been helping people live with purpose, from a plan, and for peace of mind. With my unique blend of ministry, life, and financial coaching, I get to the heart of the matter with my clients. We cover all the bases, to rediscover joy in their ministry callings.   I am also a Christian mediator and currently completing my certification with the Institute for Christian Conciliation (ICC).  Recently, I served on Dave Ramsey’s team as a Ramsey Preferred Coach and Relationship Manager.
